Diana Glassman is CEO of Integration Strategy, a consulting firm she founded to assist clients making strategic investment decisions with an emphasis on leveraging her ESG (environmental, social and governance) expertise.
Formerly, she was Head of Environment for the Toronto Dominion Bank Group’s US operations. There she developed metrics that linked ESG initiatives to labor cost reduction and revenue generation as part of a comprehensive strategy to increase financial returns, enhance brand value and engage employees.
Diana was previously Head of Americas for the Credit Suisse Environmental Investing Group in Zurich, which developed customized investment vehicles for family offices and private banks.
Earlier, she was a Director at PWC serving corporate, government and private equity consulting clients, and held responsibilities in PWC’s global strategy planning, merger and divestiture, and risk management activities.
Diana’s global experience across industries includes strategic planning, financial analysis, private equity transaction pipeline evaluation, commercial diligence, S-1 preparation, and analyst and investor messaging. She has particularly extensive industry experience in the energy sector.
A frequent speaker and award-winning problem solver, Diana authored The Missing Metrics that Matter to Investors: How Companies Can Develop ESG Value Creation Metrics, The Water-Energy Nexus: Adding Water to the Energy Agenda, and Environmental Employee Engagement Roadmap.
Diana has served on the boards or advisory boards of the World Policy Institute, Yale Climate and Energy Institute and Canada Shale Thought Leaders Forum. She has guest lectured at Yale, Columbia, NYU, Bard and UCSB. Diana is a member of the Association of Asian American Investment Managers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. She earned her MBA at Harvard Business School, MPA (international political and economic development) at Harvard Kennedy School, and BS (biology) at Yale.
